Hi! My name is Anna and I am a Transformational Life Coach. What is Transformational Life Coaching? Life Coaching is about getting you from where you are to where you want to be. That simple.., or is it… ? ;) Let me make one thing perfectly clear: You do all the work. That is your role in the process as my Client. My role as your Coach is to listen, facilitate, guide, be curious (yes, I ask lots of questions) and make it a good and effective experience for you. I don’t give advice, answer your questions for you or tell you what to do. We work together to get you to the mindset that change is possible. We work together to get you to understand that the only thing you can change is….you. And only then it happens: anything you personally want to achieve is yours for the taking. My Approach: My approach to coaching may sound fancy but it is really very simple: I am a holistic transformational coach. Holistic meaning I look at my clients as a whole: mind, body and soul. Everything is connected and that’s why it is so important to explore all these aspects. Trust me on this ;) You will be amazed at what you discover. I like to create a time and space for my clients that is safe and just about them, nothing else. I hold the space for you while you reflect, think, talk, sometimes we just sit in silence and other times you will make tremendous shifts. The coaching space I create for you is a no judgment zone. Nothing you tell me will shock me. I will not judge, I promise. Everything you do tell me is confidential and will not be repeated. My approach, well I guess more of a coaching manner, is tailored to the individual I am working with. What you need, is what I give you. I am always very honest and in that I want to make sure that you hear what I have to say in order to facilitate the changes that you will be making. That means: - if you require a gentle style, one with constructive yet subtle feedback, I can do that - if you require the “tough love no bullshit approach”, I won’t be afraid to tell you like it is and call you out on issues ;) I work with people who want to work with me. We need to be a good fit and therefore build a solid coaching relationship. That means we both need to be excited about working with each other. My Programs: My coaching programs are designed to help you make changes in your life, achieve your goals, reframe your mindset, reach your full potential. You won’t find a list of “products” here. Everyone is different. What works for one person, doesn’t help another. All my programs are uniquely designed to cater to the needs of each and every one of my clients. In that all sessions may look different: - some people feel better (open up and talk) when they are moving around and outside, so we walk - some people like an intimate space where no one else can hear them, so we find a space like that - some people prefer to just sit in a café…. It is all client led. Areas of coaching: What ever you come into the session with, is what we work on. However, I do understand the importance that you need to know the basic areas of coaching. So here they are: - health and wellness (diet, eating habits, fitness) - motivation - self image - confidence - personal happiness - sense of purpose - positive mindset - personal development - self discipline - work/life balance - relationships - stress reduction - getting over fears - limiting beliefs Just to name a few… About me: I have been coaching ever since I can remember because people are my passion ;) About 3 years ago I decided to completely change my life and become a real professional coach. I was very lucky to have a met a person on my path who became my mentor and my friend, who also opened my eyes to new possibilities. I am a listener and I am also a talker. I am all about the journey. I think this is the place where we learn the most. I love to laugh. It is the best medicine.
My fee is 100-150 GBP per session. The first chemistry session takes place on the phone or video call. That one is free and we discuss if we can work together. The following sessions last a maximum of 2 hours.
