I am a leadership development expert with over 10 years experience of coaching and developing others to coach. I have a passion for facilitating change and growth and seeing individuals reach their desired potential I have developed my career as a learning expert working in all aspects of the discipline from leading a national call centre design and delivery team to board level business partnering. I started my career in retail management having completed the M&S graduate program, I later moved into call centre management at British Gas where I then moved into HR, and from there to Learning and Development. I have experience of working with a broad range of functions including, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. I believe in coaching as a powerful approach, which can build self-awareness, galvanize motivation and facilitate fundamental changes and growth for an individual. I aim to create a supportive environment that provides space for reflection, learning and change, alongside the challenge to ensure clients take accountability to identify, pursue and ultimately achieve their goals. I seek to develop a full understanding of my client’s world both in terms of the organisational and personal contexts. I work with them to identify their strengths, development areas and limitations. This enables the development of a realistic plan that will make the most impact in the current role as well as in the longer term. Leadership Transitions - Working with senior leaders/directors who are embarking in a new role and or organisation to accelerate their impact and manage their transition successfully Leadership Challenges- Developing confidence, self-awareness and influencing skills so that individuals are able to deal effectively with changes in their environment and or resistance/conflict. High Potential Development – Helping businesses develop leaders for future roles where they have been identified as having high potetntial. Career Coaching –helping individuals be clear about what is important to them, identify future roles and close any development gaps. Resilience Coaching – helping individuals who have gone off track - reflect on why, re-evaluate their future options and make a plan to get back on course.
I offer a complimentary introductory session followed by 5 1.5 hr sessions @ £200 per session.
